Privacy Policy

We collect the account details and connected-workspace data needed to run Crowmate, including your sign-in profile, connected integration metadata, delegated work records, people records, and daily brief items.

If you connect Google Workspace or Notion, we only use the granted access needed to generate your brief, detect delegations, and support actions you explicitly approve.

We use your data to detect delegated work, surface follow-ups, build your dashboard, and prepare approval-first drafts or calendar actions.

Nothing is sent or acted on automatically without your approval.

We keep account and product data while your account is active so the app can continue working as expected.

You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your app data and account records from the product.

Crowmate currently relies on providers such as Supabase, Google, Notion, OpenAI, Resend, and its hosting provider to operate the product.

Those providers may process data as needed to deliver their part of the service.
